Cela nous permettra toujours de travailler sur différents niveaux de conscience, en ré-harmonisant le mental, le physique et l'émotionnel. 👉 Principe: Profiter de l'environnement naturel pour permettre au Mental de "lâcher-prise" en se reconnectant à la Nature, et donc à Soi. ✨ L'Energie de la Nature vous permettra à la fois de: - Vous Ressentir physiquement et votre environnement - Comprendre et observer sans juger - Vous reconnecter à votre Etre 🦋 Seul.e avec vous même, et ma voix avec qui vous conversez, qui vous aide à prendre conscience, peu à peu, de ce dont vous avez besoin pour continuer de vous transformer. 🌞 Vous décidez seul.e de votre parcours durant cette session: vous allez à votre rythme, et uniquement votre rythme, en vous arrêtant lorsque vous le souhaitez, etc...
